Being promoted to Senior Telephone Sales Consultant in 2007, Mel has enjoyed the many challenges this has involved. Since the rapid expansion of the team and the recruitment of new consultants, Mel has ensured that the quality of the Telephone Sales Team remains as fantastic as advisers have come to expect. Mel enjoys the day to day contact with advisers and uses her skills to help them write even more business, understand their needs and discuss specific opportunities, along with sharing proven sales and marketing ideas. Duncan Speller - Telephone Sales Consultant Central West & NI / Central North and Central Regions Contact: 01242 665994 Duncan has a wealth of experience having worked in Financial Services since 1978 - including ten years with Lloyds Bank, before joining Zurich (formerly Eagle Star) in 1993. Duncan moved into his current sales role at the start of 2006. Being fully FPC qualified and currently studying for his Advanced Diploma, along with having a working knowledge of the industry and Zurich's policies, Duncan excels in helping intermediaries understand technical aspects, giving support and information to help solve complex issues.
