Peter joined Zurich in 2005 as Protection Management Director, with responsibility for researching, developing, implementing and managing the Protection proposition. This includes product development, pricing and communications together with the processes and associated services for both existing and new customers.

At the beginning of 2011 Peter also took on accountability as Strategic Distribution Director, managing the Key Account Team whose focus is to help Openwork enterprises build their sales and their businesses.

Peter has worked in marketing roles at Legal & General, Allied Dunbar, London & Manchester and Friends Provident and sees his current role, with its joint accountabilities, as an ideal opportunity to build propositions and sales through a close relationship with, and understanding of advisers and their customers.
