At Sterling we aim to process all requests for Surrenders and Withdrawals as quickly and as accurately as possible. We typically process requests and dispatch payments within 5 working days.

Protecting our customers' assets is of great importance to us and as we must comply with Money Laundering regulations; we may require proof of identity before we can act on an instruction. In some instances there may be a need to obtain further specific documentation, in order to verify we are successfully avoiding potential fraud risks.
